8. Session Booking and Conduct

When booking a coaching session through our platform:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
  • Session times are confirmed via email correspondence.
  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before a session: full refund of prepaid fees; 24–48 hours: 50% refund or free reschedule; less than 24 hours: non-refundable, though rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
  • Refund requests: email service@shinedyn.world or use our contact form with your booking details. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
  • We reserve the right to decline or terminate a session if conduct is inappropriate or disruptive.

9. Consumer Information and Distance Contracts

If you purchase paid coaching sessions or packages as a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession), the following applies in addition to these Terms:

  • Main characteristics of the service, total price including taxes, and payment terms are communicated before you place an order, in accordance with the Dutch Civil Code and EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
  • As a consumer in the Netherlands or EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to statutory exceptions (for example, where a leisure service on a fixed date has already been fully performed with your consent). To exercise this right, contact us before the period expires; we will reimburse eligible payments within 14 days.
  • Complaints about our services may be submitted via our contact page or by email. We aim to respond within 14 days.
  • As a consumer in the EU, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution schemes, but we will consider doing so where appropriate.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer residing in the Netherlands, you benefit from mandatory protections under Dutch and EU consumer law, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where permitted by law. Otherwise, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Severability
